  • Violate or attempt to violate the security of the Web Site, including, without limitation:
    • accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account that the user is not authorized to access;
    • attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
    • attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, submitting a virus or corrupted data to the Web Site, overloading, continuous posting of repetitive text, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing";

  • Posting or transmitting any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, "spam," chain letters or any other form of solicitation or any non-resume information such as opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise.


  • YOU MAY NOT SPAM OUR MEMBER COMPANIES OR CANDIDATES WHOSE RESUMES APPEAR ON THE WEB SITE. YOU MAY NOT RESPOND TO A JOB LISTING OTHER THAN IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR THAT JOB ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF. RECRUITERS AT A MEMBER COMPANY MAY NOT USE ALLOCATED JOB LISTINGS OTHER THAN TO LIST AVAILABLE JOBS AT THE MEMBER COMPANY.

  • Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume that you have posted for the purpose of seeking job opportunities for yourself (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf). Recruiters representing candidates may not send that candidate's resume in response to a job posting.
  • Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.
  • Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Web Site or any activity being conducted on this site.
  • Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this Web Site's infrastructure.
  • DISCLOSING TO OR SHARING YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY OR USING YOUR PASSWORD FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED PURPOSE.
  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Web Site other than the search engine and search agents available from Nashville Job Post on this Web Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS.

In connection with your use of the employer management tools, Nashville Job Post has not undertaken to act as the representative of either Placement Specialists or Member Companies. Nashville Job Post will not act as an advocate of any Placement Specialist in its dealings with Member Companies or candidates. Placement Specialists are responsible for negotiating all financial arrangements directly with Member Companies, and to seek all remedies and redress directly from the Member Company in the event of any dispute with respect to the placement of a candidate. Member Companies understand that when dealing with Placement Specialists through the Web Site and the Agency Exchange service, such member company will be responsible to such Placement Specialist for the fees charged by such Placement Specialist in connection with such placement.


USER SUBMISSIONS.
As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. By agreeing to these terms, all Employers, Members, and any other user of this website shall be held responsible for any payments due by their person, company, or account as a result of any purchases, invoices, or other situations requiring payment, regardless of any results provided by this site. All delinquent accounts will be turned over to our collection and credit reporting agency after 3 attempts to collect payment. If we turn delinquent accounts over to our collection and credit reporting agencies we will access a fee equal to the collection and credit reporting agency fee charged to us to collect this payment.

All payments made to Nashville Job Post and or affiliates are non-refundable.


LIABILITY.
Nashville Job Post is only a venue. This Web Site acts as a venue for (i) companies to post job opportunities and to interact with their placement vendors and (ii) for candidates to post their own resumes for the purpose of evaluating job opportunities for themselves. Nashville Job Post does not screen or censor the profiles or other information. Nashville Job Post is not involved in the actual transaction between Member Companies and their vendors or companies and candidates. As a result, Nashville Job Post has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or profiles posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of companies to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site.

Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, Nashville Job Post cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior of participants on Nashville Job Post, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Nashville Job Post (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
