eCommerce Business Analyst
Ignify is seeking a Business Analyst for our Ignify eCommerce product implementation team. The individual will provide business analysis, and functional support services on our eCommerce projects. The individual will work directly with customers across the United States who are implementing our product as well as with developers that are located offshore (in India). The job is based at our office in Brentwood TN which is next to the Brentwood post office.
Location: Nashville, TN
Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate Degree
• Strong English Communication Skills
• Experience in documenting business requirements, functional design, business scenarios etc.
• Strong functional understanding of either order management or web based eCommerce
• Ability to lead a team and interact with remote members that will be doing development on the project
• Ability to understand product functionality and configure it as per customer requirements
• Experience with an ERP or an eCommerce system is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Web based technologies and ecommerce domain experience
• Search Engine Optimization experience knowledge is a must
Type of position: Full time non-exempt position
Travel: About 25% travel within the US is expected.
Shift: Shift: 8 am to 5 pm typically but ability to do conference calls early in the morning to work with a remote team
