Pay
Base Pay - Up to $41,600 - $47500 Start (Depending on experience)
Commission will hit between $20,000 - $22,500 per year (Once you get things rolling)
Potential = $61,600 - $70,000
This is based on people who currently do the job.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in the construction process by ensuring all details are communicated and setting customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and cost control, along with excellent negotiation skills.
Onsite
Meeting Customers educate and collect all install and product details.
Contract
Measurements for each line of fence between breaks (includes landscape and gate breaks).
Description of Fence being installed.
Material Specifications Written Out.
Installation Specifications Written Out.
Property Details pertaining to install (rock, steep hills etc…).
Special Tools Needed.
Job Site Photos.
Product Information
In Office
Prepare Unfinished/Stretch Events (Always include Photos).
Moving Unfinished Jobs Forward.
Once a week
Quality inspections and job photos.
Sales Meetings.
As needed
Customer revisits with the installer for failed jobs.
visit jobs/ Meeting Installers for Clarity.
Correct and Change Contracts for clarity.
