Maintenance Service Technician-HVAC/R
Our Maintenance Service Technician performs repairs and maintains commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems along with minor plumbing and electrical duties. You must possess competent use and care of tools and equipment used in commercial HVAC and refrigeration maintenance.
This position performs all work to industry standards in a professional manner and appearance at all times. This includes complying with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives that relate to building operations and following safe work habits.
Responsibilities also include responding immediately to emergency situations that may include after normal operating hours and/or weekends.
Must have experience with commercial HVAC, commercial refrigeration including but not limited to coolers, freezers and icemakers, and minor electrical and plumbing. A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, as well as, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
