Employee Benefits Coordinator

Position Description

The Ketron Agency is currently expanding in the Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky region. We are looking for people who are hungry to make a change in their own lives, while at the same time helping others. We require an in person interview in our Regional office in Murfreesboro, TN. No Skype or phone interviews.

If you are self-motivated and interested in a long term career you might be who we are looking for. Our trained agents meet with business owners regarding benefits options for their workforce. We work Monday thru Friday, no more nights and weekends! Agents average a first year income of $40,000 - $60,000. A management career with our company averages a first year income of $75,000 - $100,000, and a fast track to leadership is available for those who strive for it.
Candidate for this position must be:

Dependable

Professional

Communicate well

Able to be certified with classroom and on the job training

Must have strong customer service

Desire to help people

Coach-able

High Integrity

Willing to embrace our culture, receive coaching and mentoring

Able to manage, build, and develop leaders

Have an extra commitment and willingness to receive initial classroom product training, field training and mentoring

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be taught to manage systems and activity required for successful team

Ultimately manage 3-7 individuals

Involved in overseeing training

Implement and manage systems among their team

Participating in weekly management-development meetings

Handle and processing of paperwork and other administrative duties

Work with existing accounts as well as create new business accounts

Ensuring each client has received great customer service regarding their benefits package.
